Well, they have only been open two weeks. Maybe a Sunday morning is not the best time to visit a new IHOP, but they performed very well.
We arrived and the waiting area was packed. For the two of us, Little FlygURL and myself, the official wait time was 20 minutes, but our hostess whispered to us that the queue was moving fast. Sure enough, we were seated within 15 minutes.
Our server, Chervon, was there quickly for drink orders and made good suggestions for the menu. Coffee was fresh and the games for Little FlygURL filled the time well while we waited for our food. Little FlygURL loved her Who Stack, a colorful stack of biscuit like pancakes decorated with sweet berry syrup and mini-mini chocolates. (It was a bit sweet for my liking for her, but she was especially good this weekend!). My choice of 2x2x2 was perfect for me. The food was all hot and well prepared.
Imagine a new restaurant with all inexperienced staff filled to maximum capacity for hours. One would expect errors, but we didn't find any.
